Educational benefits

Acorn Autism is proud to partner with Purdue Global and Capella University to make continued education more accessible. Eligible employees and their immediate family members can access tuition discounts, scholarships, and other educational benefits.

Because investing in our team means investing in their future, too.

Who We Are Looking For

We are building a small, strong team of diverse people who genuinely enjoy working with young children with autism.

We are always on the lookout for great people to grow with us, RBTs, BCaBAs, BCBAs, Psychologists and SLPs,

For our direct-care positions, we are looking for people who want to work 1:1 with children—playing, teaching, communicating, helping with daily routines, and being actively involved in their progress throughout the day.

Acorn is an in-person clinical program. We do not currently have remote support, administrative, or work-from-home positions.

We value people who are dependable, engaged, willing to learn, and excited to become very good at the work they do. Training and ongoing clinical support are built into our model, and we want staff to have the tools, consistency, and support they need to do excellent work with children

What Makes Acorn Different

We are structured to support both staff and clients long-term.

  • All direct-care staff are trained and supported to become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Ongoing, in-depth training is provided to all staff—not just leadership

  • We offer consistent, full-time schedules

  • Staff remain engaged in meaningful work even when sessions are canceled

  • We provide comprehensive health insurance and prioritize staff stability

We believe that when staff are supported, children receive better care and have accelerated outcomes.
