Who We Are Looking For

We are building a small, diverse team of people who genuinely enjoy working with young children with autism.

We are currently hiring and welcome applications from RBTs, BCaBAs, psychologists, SLPs, and OTs, as well as from people who are newer to the field but eager to learn and grow.(BCBAs, please apply here)

For direct-care roles, we are looking for people who want to work 1:1 with children—playing, teaching, communicating, supporting daily routines, and being actively involved in their progress throughout the day. Experience is valued, but so are reliability, warmth, curiosity, and a genuine desire to become excellent at this work.

Acorn is an in-person clinical program. We do not currently offer remote or work-from-home positions.

We invest heavily in training and ongoing clinical support so every team member has the tools, guidance, and consistency needed to do high-quality work with children.

We are structured to support both staff and clients long-term.

  • All direct-care staff are trained and supported to become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Ongoing, in-depth training is provided to all staff—not just leadership
